AlgoNomy project website launched to address digital paternalism in healthcare

AlgoNomy, a project funded by Circle U.’s “Seed Funding Scheme,” has launched its official website. The initiative addresses the growing issue of “digital paternalism” in healthcare, where algorithms overshadow patient and physician decision-making.

The website will serve as a hub for updates on the project’s interdisciplinary research, including a call for papers, a doctoral workshop, and public engagement activities. Key findings will be presented at the Festival of Robotics in Pisa.

Visit the AlgoNomy website to learn more and join the conversation.

The project is funded by Circle U. Seed funding 2024 Call for applications and co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme by the European Union
